Feedback Thread - v0.23b release (Nov. 2012) WozToons wrote:
I would be grateful if this option ( linked location sliders ) could be set to UNLINKED by default for the next version. Anyone else find this a right royal pain in the as well?

That's a bug that we couldn't track down and fix in time for the release. Sorry about that. We would normally have the developer in question flogged publicly, but I'm afraid he's taken the afternoon off to play with his new food dehydrator. True story.

You'll be pleased to hear that it's already fixed for the next release, whenever that is.

Problem with the new Heroes and Villains update As Marco said, no worries. Have fun with Muvizu, especially the new characters. We're looking forward to seeing your movies.

Problem with the new Heroes and Villains update Sorry to wade in and complicate things, but that doesn't look like the latest version to me. The most recent release would definitely have a menu option for content packs, and there'd be a 'Content packs' button underneath the characters that would also take you there.

You can check the version number by going to the '?' menu at the top-right, then 'About'. The latest version is "MZASS-v0.21b". I suspect you're running "MZASS-v0.20b" or earlier.

Help me, pls From the Muvizu terms of use: http://www.muvizu.com/Info/Terms_of_use

You may not remove any product identification, trade marks, copyright notices or other notices from the materials or any copies of them which you may have made for your own personal use. Video content created with the Muvizu application has a Muvizu watermark, which must be retained wherever you choose to publish such content. We are however willing to allow removal of our watermark if, and only if, users advise Muvizu that our watermark has been lost/obscured/whatever before they publish such content and get Muvizu’s express permission to do so before they publish them. Such permission will require users to credit Muvizu in a way that makes up for the lack of the watermark.

In short, you shouldn't be doing that.

Now I can legitimately be a crotchety old g... I recently downsized from a turbo diesel estate to a hatchback to make it easier for the newly licenced other half to miss other obstacles on the road, so the boot size was the first thing I checked. It hasn't reduced the amount of tat we bring back from holidays and family visits, and sadly it hasn't prevented intersections with obstacles either. I can sympathise with you both.

Congratulations btw, Dylly. I was away collecting more tat in my tiny, dented car at the time so I missed it the first time round.

Goin in for 1st ever emergency hernia surgery this I had a hernia op when I was 7. I'd had it a couple of years, but that's the youngest they'd operate on. All I really remember about it is the boy in the next ward kept telling everyone he was having an operation on his tentacles. My mum said he meant something else as he didn't really have tentacles.

To this day, I think she was lying.

Good luck EEF. Thumbs Up

Slow-mo recording We used to have this feature waaaaaay back in the very first releases. I can't remember why it was removed but it was probably causing problems somewhere.

Either way, since we've already done it, does this mean we count this request as completed?

Funny Vid! I can't help thinking that video should've come with an 18 rating and a parental guidance warning. :-/

watermark question I suspect so, but you'll have to check with our MD Vince on how best to achieve it. If he doesn't get in touch with you first, shoot him an email on commercial@muvizu.com and I'm sure he'll get you sorted out one way or another.

watermark question There was a rogue full stop in Marco's link. Here's the correct one.

PS: I think this is the bit that's most relevant to you. Hope that helps.

Multiple Character Lip Sync? In the "prepare dialogue" window, select the same audio track for each character, and make sure they're all set to "talk" rather than "shush". Hope that helps.

What happened to the footsteps sound effects? Sorry, Dylly. It looks like they errr... "fell off"™. The developer responsible will be publicly flogged by way of apology, and the problem has already been fixed for the next release.

Random requests! I should probably add that the control of this new "not breathing" feature will be a checkbox in the character's edit dialog. It won't be something that you can turn on and off within a movie. I'm assuming (hoping) this is still all fine and dandy?
