How do I get an image on a sphere? Ok, here is the result.

It's a shame you have to use a spotlight instead of having the object illuminated.

Thanks to Dreeko for the tutorial.

How do I get an image on a sphere? Ah, yes, I forgot about that tutorial. I'll see if I can do it that way and I'll report back with the results.

Thanks Guys

PS, if all else fails, I'll see if toonarama could make one.

Thanks again Guys!

How do I get an image on a sphere? Thanks Urban, I might have a go at using blender. I'll wait 'till tomorrow to see if they have a texture map first though.

Thanks

How do I get an image on a sphere? Hi

I would like to make an animation of my new logo (well, new enough), in Muvizu.

I made one for my old logo in Sketchup last year and here was the result.

I would like to do the same sort of thing with my new one, but you can't seem to add a texture to a sphere in Sketchup. I realized you could do this in Muvizu, but the image was very distorted and when changing the scale, it tiles the image. Can anyone help me with this please? Maybe a sphere texture map or something?

Thanks

What Video/Audio Editors/Sites do YOU use? WHY? OK, I'll just do a short post here, compared to the other ones!

I use Windows Live Movie Maker for the editing (because I'm not made of money)

And for the audio, I use Audacity. (which is great by the way!)

I also get many of the sounds from freesound.org

This has been much improved also.

Yep, this is the first new forum update I got, I'm loving the new email layout.
Thanks Ian!

ps: In the subject, would it be possible to have the thread name instead of the username, or both please? dunno

Thanks

Yeah, much better than my first attempt too.

Great work, even if the lighting needs a little tweaking.

Scripts Thanks, but I would like to have it in the website.

Scripts On the old website, we were able to make scripts in an editor. I was just going to look back at an old script, when I realized we were no longer able to do this. Does anyone know why?

Thanks
