That only gets it onto your clipboard Kev - you would still need to paste it into Photoshop/Gimp/Paint to save it as an image file.

great little tip especially if you quickly need an image for editing from the program

Can lip-sync be made more precise? ...And a neutral face option for when characters are not speaking

I hate it when a character is standing with an extreme expression of happyness/sadness etc inbetween speech

It just looks daft and out of place

better way to move characters This is an age old muvizu gripe and the requests for a waypoints system have been shouted from the rooftops for long and weary .

But wait!

In the latest news flash from muvizu it has been stated that they have been considering an enhanced locomotion system to make object and character control easier and more accurate.(direct quote)

so hopefully this will be what we've been asking for to remedy the problem

cheers

PS: personally I would put a facial animation system above waypoints but thats me!

I'm still saving but am torn between a laptop and a PC. Can the Dell handle the complex Muvizu scenes easily?

It'll kick muvizu up and down the street (as someone with the tech know how told me,
And he was 100% right!)

Facial animation Thought I'd bump again seeing as how there were a few comments on facial animation recently

check the images in the above posts and the YouTube link in the first post. All comments and ideas on how a facial animation system might appear in muvizu would be very interesting to read...

cheers

puppeteering or manual animation toonarama wrote:
Hello there

Fantastic as the "stock" animations are is there any chance future releases of Muvizu will allow characters to be able to perform actions manually using either "puppeteering" OR a combination of key frames and the ability to adjust body parts?

Thanks

Mick

Yip this has been mentioned before
Some kind of grab the hand and wave it about method in a style similar to Kermit the frog would be a pretty useful animation feature in addition to the methods that already exist
We already have a kind of puppetry mode with the head animation option so the natural evolution is to broaden this to other limbs aswell

I'm sure the devs have it on that andrex toilet roll of a list they are working from!

Cheers

I've got a vague memory of someone having a similar problem not long ago, can't remember how that was resolved though I'll dig around and see if I can find the thread..

I don't know whats happening. I fired up Muvizu to see if I could recreate your problem and couldn't . Are you working on a windows partition on your linux machine? I think it sounds like a bug (this is where the devs leap in to the rescue usually)

I can only suggest a fresh install or maybe try another windows machine..
