      • What subscription? Muvizu doesn't charge a subscription to work. If someone is, then you're being scammed.

      • Thanks for responding. Actually I meant to say that I want to stop using the software due to some technical issues with my Desktop. So, in that regard I am expecting Muvizu to refund my money back as I have purchased the software very recently.

      • My Desktop system requirements are:

        Windows 10
        RAM 12 GB
        1TB Storage Space
        Integrated Graphic Card.(Don't know much about it)

      • There's your problem - Integrated graphics card. You need a dedicated graphics card (DX11 or 12) to order for Muvizu to work.
