      • You may also want to take it up with Paypal or whatever you used to buy Muvizu because they may be able to refund you. (Depending on the laws in your country etc)

      • I bought Muvizu and I already reached the limit of the license.

        Error W2, I contacted support@digimania.com several times to increase the number of activations and until now I got no response.

      • You both might want to contact your payment company (paypal etc) to see if you can get a refund. There is nobody in Muvizu HQ to re-activate your licence - and you can't buy a new one at the moment even if you wanted to.
