    • You give a limited number of activation, but you do not quickly respond to requests lisense. While I wish every day could be used muvizu play+, this is the most severe weakness muvizu play+
      Why this policy is maintained?

      • You only need to activate once. There is an activation limit to stop people installing Muvizu:Play+ on whole classrooms of computers on one personal licence.
        The Muvizu staff only work weekdays so you are unlikely to get a response weekends .

      • And I know this is to prevent piracy, but I think it is excessive, there may be many ways to prevent that without compromising user convenience.

    • I had upgraded to muvizu play, but every few time login always error w2. I have to convey to the contact center, but only active a few times, it had to wait a few days.
      My question is why did this happen?
      Can muvizu fix this inconvenience?

      • I've done it, but two days later the error w2 so on, and each asked for an extension lisence have to wait 2-3 days. tired of waiting for it.

      • The problem is you're activating it every day. The licence key is meant to be activated once per computer, so something's wrong. Sounds like an issue that the staff need to look at: http://www.muvizu.com/Support

      • Oops, you already seem to be contacting them for the extensions.
        Are you disconnecting from the internet regularly or doing daily pc clearings (with one of these pc cleaning programs that remove cookies etc) or something?

      • I work every day I turn off and turn on the computer, I do not wear anything other than the default clean program from windows. I only use one com
        Four days ago I had twice requested extension lisence but until now not done a good response from them.

      • I think you'll probably have to contact them again and explain the problem. It sounds like if you do get an extension it will run out again very quickly.You'll probably get a response on Monday. If you don't fully understand I'm happy to contact them
