    • Great that the site is back up but cant activate old licence on re-install please god of activation come back missing my muvizu

      • No a W2 error i should have said my old motherboard got fried (4 year old + Computer + liquid never a good combination) anyways wanted to install on new system i presumed this would be ok

      • Ah yeah that's a bit frustrating. The licence is tied to your MAC address so you will need to re-activate for it to work again. (I don't know if the activation servers are back online)

      • You MAC address is likely from the network adapter on the old motherboard which is why it stopped working.

      • I do try periodically through out the day but servers still off. I thank you for your assistance and keep me fingers crossed who knows one day maybe

      • Ah I completely missed the code in your first reply. Error W2 can't be fixed without someone manually re-enabling your licence. The servers are back online, but you're still stuck I'm afraid. :/
