  • Hello.
    I have a strange issue with Muvizu. It takes 5 minutes to load. When I disconnect the network cable and try , it opens in seconds. This happens to all 27 pcs in Lab. Any Suggestions ? Its been a pain for weeks

      On start-up, the application pings muvizu.com to check for version updates. I suspect that your firewall is blocking this ping and so it is just timing out after a few minutes unable to connect. Can you browse to muvizu.com from these computers?

  • Hi,
    all of a sudden Muvizu installed on our 60 Lab PCs started opening up slowly . So we reinstalled with new version. Still the same. it takes 5 mins 30 secs to get the welcome screen. all machines have 8 GB ram. Need an immediate help. Thanks

    • Make sure you update Windows, first.
