Hi mervynprince,

Sorry you are having trouble with Muvizu - most people who have had problems getting Muvizu to start have been able to fix it by updating their Direct X 9 files at: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3

Even if you have Direct X 10 or 11 the Direct X 9 files still need to be updated as the DX 8, 9, 10 and 11 files are all independent of each other.

If that doesn't work please let us know.

Take care,
-Jim

I'm Windows 7

Hi Jimbo, sorry you are having trouble with Muvizu.

From what you are saying it sounds like the Muvizu Direct X install is failing - if you Deselect Direct X on the "Additional Components" screen you might be able to get Muvizu to install properly.

Please let me know how you get on,
-Jim
