Troubleshooting - No Licence key detected

If you see a message that says:

No licence key detected.

A licence key has not been detected in your clipboard.

If you have been provided a licence key in an email or in a web browser, please copy it to your clipboard. Muvizu:Play will automatically detect it and allow you to use it here.

All you need to do is to either go back to the purchase confirmation page or to your email and highlight the licence key provided, then right click and select the Copy option. Once you go back to Muvizu:Play the licence key will be displayed and the Upgrade button will be enabled. Click Upgrade to complete the process.
