Troubleshooting - Activating Muvizu:Play+ on a proxy

If you use a proxy to access the internet, which is common for School or Education users, and you can't activate Muvizu:Play+ you will need to run the following command to get Muvizu:Play to recognise your proxy settings.

1. Run the command prompt as an administrator
2. Enter this command

netsh winhttp import proxy source=ie
