I can't figure out whats wrong with it but the main screen area just keeps spinning horizontally.

I am on an acer laptop with an i5 processor and 4GB of RAM.

I have nothing connected to the laptop. No Joysticks or anything, it just keeps spinning.

Any help with this issue would be appreciated,
