That's because the serial number did not work. Muvizu always starts off as a "trial" version, until you validate the program. validation could fail because of

1) Using the registration more than 10 times.

2) Registration has been non-existent for many, many months. It works again (yeah!), but if you used your reg more than 10 times, it won't work. You need a new registration number. Contact support@meshmellow.cn for a new one. They will have your file on record.

3) You got scammed. (Not quite as likely.) Scammers are out there willing to force you to part ways with your money.

4) You had a typo when typing in your reg number. Hint: Cut and paste.

This Muvizu site only exists to serve those who need to register their program. Everything else doesn't work. The message bases are full of spam. Very few downloads will work. I suggest you register with the "Zuchat" group on Facebook or go to www.anizu.uk for advice.
