More of an update.

With my set open the import of dialog fails. however if I remove the characters from the set it works until I then add a character back in, then I get the same fatal error.

My audio track is MP3 mono track at 96k bit rate. I've tried stereo, different bit rate, all nope.

Wierd how it works until I add a character in the set.

I've just tried a blank set with no character and import works, once again add a random character and bang (Fatal Error)

Very wierd....

Any ideas??

Ian

Hi

Yes. I'm using Audacity (latest version as of yesterday when I downloaded it)

I've export to WAV and export to MP3 but same thing.

The audio track plays fine in media player and MediaMonkey so I don't think there is anything wrong with the track.

I've tried a completely different audio file (downloaded) and that does the same thing.

Any other ideas? :-/

Ian

Hi Ian,

Which software are you using to create the audio files? Or is it a file you grabbed on the internet?

Usually my advice for all Muvizu users is to grab audacity. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/
Then just grab the mp3 exporter - http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq_i18n?s=install&i=lame-mp3

All you have to do is open the file with Audacity and then export it to mp3. It should run smoothly with Muvizu afterwards.

There is a lot of variables to have in account while using an audio file. This way you will ensure you don't get any problems.

We are not aware of any issues with audio, so I'll say that maybe the audio file you are trying to import is not compatible due some weird setting (bitrate for example).

I hope this helps.

Cheers,
Marco
edited by Marco_D on 09/05/2012
