Sorry to hear you're having problems. It would be great if you could provide a bit more information to help us look into this. Are you having this problem with newly created scenes, or with scenes you've created previously (or even both)? If you create a new scene and add a character, can you animate it normally? If it's happening with one of your previously created scenes, could you please email the .set file to bugs@muvizu.com so we can take a look at it?
