Hi James,

It is as I initially thought, unfortunately it seems that your graphics card is having problems dealing with Muvizu.

Can you send us your DirectX report to bugs@muvizu.com? That will enable me to check if your system has enough resources to run Muvizu properly.

To save your DirectX report, please follow the following steps:

1. Click on Windows "START" button.
2. Click on the "run" option
3. Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. Check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice.

Cheers,
Marco

Hi James,

The Mobile intel 965 graphics is an integrated card, this means it shares resources with the rest of the system.
This means that you system is struggling to run Muvizu.

Have you tried to re-install Muvizu? If so you can try and download another installer, sometimes installers get corrupted while being downloaded.

Please keep me posted and I'll continue to investigate this further to see if we can find a solution.

Cheers,
Marco

Hello i gave installed muvizu

All went well muvizu opens fine runs and shows all objects and graphics on create menu but once I select the object and press create the graphic fails to show up on screen

This is happening with carecters scences objects etc matter of fact with any thing that i try to select never appairs on stage the only thing that does appear is a green box that is empty with just a title showing eh fat man or if I select robot then a empty green box with just the tittle showing I'm guessing inside this green box should be the actual graphic of say the fat man or the robot

I have checked and I have got direct 10x installed
And I have 4.0 version of ms net frame

My graphics card says it supports shader 3

So I would like to know what the issue is here

Many thanks for reading hopefully a small issue that somebody here can solve for me I'm sure this has happened many times to users of muvizu and hopefully an easy one to solve

If you need any more info let me known i will gladly follow up with what ever extra information that you need

Many thanks

edited by Jamesw on 07/03/2013
edited by Jamesw on 07/03/2013
