I suspect that the sluggish performance is due to the size and complexity of the set and the spec of your PC. I opened the City by Night and it took forever to load, but while loading I got this error message, What is it and how would I fix it ?
Also when I click on the OK the computer becomes real sluggish, I assume that is because of the size and complexity of the set.
