I joined that one a few weeks back I was already on the muvizu list if your not getting muvizu mail login to your muvizu account and check the box in to get mail. So yes there is also a muvizu list but you need to check in the box on your muvizu profile to accept mail from them.

I had assumed they were naming the render software they are working on now as muvizu pro which looking at the screenshots of what I saw is what I am looking for but we shall see. Anyhow if its not them it will be octane or something I get seeing as I am trying to build a system to handle large projects and render in real time engines (in many cases its hard to tell the difference these days) I figured since I like the properties of unreal engine and play with their out of the box package from time to time it seemed that this render software is exactly what I want.

I love iclone but I also love the unreal lighting system and if i can place a system that would act like iclone (open back end) and take advantage of unreal that would be my dream product

If it will run with maya LT and/or blender I am so there!

I'm beginning to think that I purchased Muvizu Play+ a bit prematurely. Normally I don't buy anything as soon as it's released but I "took the plunge" and purchased Muvizu Play+ anyway. I paid £150 ($250 US) and about a week or so later they dropped the price to £75. The price still seems to be £75 so now I kind of feel like I over paid. Oh well, my fault. I should have waited.

I really really like using Muvizu however if they do happen to fix some of the bugs and update the software are they going to charge a high price for the upgrade?

mysto wrote:

I think toonarama is referring to a version of Muvizu that we will likely use, not the fabled industry level renderer that you lot have been beavering away on for months and months.

lol i am waiting for this fabled item actually. If the price makes sense and it does what I need it to do I probably will purchase it. Maybe I am the only one but i want the chains of creativity removed that I am enduring in the present muvizu and judging at how muvizu has been behaving with the added texture layers (not well.. ) I think its time for me to turn to their other product and hope it does what I think its gonna do because if so it will be epic and then I can get back to video making. At the moment now that I have the ability to add more shinies I dont want to go backwards and remove them just so's I can make a video I have come to the conclusion that the tool I want is likely the one they are developing now - which is why I am on their mailing list ^^
edited by urbanlamb on 28/04/2014
