Do you have lag when using Muvizu (This might mean your click is not registered by Muvizu.)

I downloaded the free version a few days ago to try out before upgrading. I first d/l'd the 64 bit 500 MB version. I played around with features, but yesterday the direct function stopped working. When I go Direct-character or Direct-camera and hit record, I do not get a 3-2-1 countdown and no movement circle appears.

I've tried removing 64 bit/500 and replacing with 32/350 but still have the problem. Any suggestions?
