New to Muvizu and my first post.

Now to the question......I'm making a little video for a song I wrote and want to use a user set from the store but I can't find any info on copyright or usage, can anyone clear this up for me please?

The set is Street at Night by Ziggy72 but I don't think they are active here any more for me to ask.
