Hi jamspencer,

What stage does it get to? Does it say "Downloading XXXX" or "Unzipping XXXX" when that error comes up? It happened with me on my home PC because I didn't have enough Hard Disk space, if that's any help.

Take care,
-Jim.

Well I've had Muvizu for a while and a few days ago it said their was a new version. I allowed it to download but at the end it said "Unfortunately we could not update Muvizu at this time". I have tried several times now and still it says the same thing. Can anyone help?
