Troubleshooting - Hero and Villains won't stand or hold objects

HeroesIf you are experiencing the Hero and Villains can'tcharacters, or Rosie not being able to hold objects

or always sitting down then what you need to do is:

Un-install

  1. Go to Tools
  2. Select Content Packs
  3. Select the Hero and re-installVillains content pack
  4. Uninstall the Hero and Villains content packspack
  5. toInstall receivethe anyHero updatesand afterVillains convertingcontent topack
  6. Muvizu:Play+Select the Rosie content pack

  7. Uninstall the Rosie content pack
  8. Install the Rosie content pack
