Troubleshooting - Unable to load Muvizu.dll

If you are getting an error message "Unable to load Muvizu.dll" there are 2 possibilities for what has gone wrong.

1. You need to install the 3 support packages.

Here's how:

1. Uninstall Muvizu:Play
2. Restart your computer
3. Install Muvizu:Play ensuring you tick the boxes for DirectX, C++ and .Net
4. Run Muvizu:Play

2. Your computers graphics card does not support Muvizu:Play
