Notes

  • These specifications are only a guide - each PC is unique and may run Muvizu better or worse than one with similar specifications due to its specific hardware and software configuration.

  • Muvizu cannot run on any Linux or Mac operating system due to being built using the Unreal 3 engine. If you currently use a Mac or Linux system you will need to install Windows in order to run Muvizu. See Muvizu on Mac

  • Windows XP cannot run Muvizu in DirectX 11 mode, due to DX11 only being compatible with Windows Vista and newer. In order to run Muvizu in XP you need to use it in DX9 mode (which it should do by default)

  • Intel on-board graphics chips generally have difficulty running Muvizu, and any made prior to 2006 cannot run it at all as they lack Shader Model 3.0.

  • The Intel 3150 and 3100 GMA's Shader 3.0 is software based and as such it cannot run Muvizu.

  • Tom's Hardware have GPU performance charts which may provide a better idea of how various different graphics cards would work. The chart that has the most in common with Muvizu is the Arkham City chart with DX11 and Anti-Aliasing enabled, as it is built upon the Unreal 3 engine: Arkham Performance

  • The website "Passmark Software" also have a comparison chart for graphics cards which has a value for money section, and can be found here.

  • The websites GPU Boss and CPU Boss also offer comparison charts and 1/1 comparisons of individual processors and graphics cards and can be found here: GPU Boss CPU Boss
