Troubleshooting - Hero and Villains won't stand or hold objects

If you are experiencing the Hero and Villains characters, or Rosie not being able to hold objects or always sitting down then what you need to do is:

1. Go to Tools
2. Select Content Packs
3. Select the Hero and Villains content pack
4. Uninstall the Hero and Villains content pack
5. Select the Rosie content pack
6. Uninstall the Rosie content pack
7. Close Muvizu:Play

Uninstall Content Packs

Once they are uninstalled:

1. Open Muvizu:Play
2. Go to Tools
3. Select Content Packs
4. Install the Hero and Villains content pack
5. Install the Rosie content pack

Reinstall Content Packs
