Muvizu can only be run on a Windows operating system due to the fact that it is built upon the Unreal 3 engine.
You can install a Windows operating system on modern Macs with Intel Processors by using the Boot Camp utility that is bundled with OSX or by emulating a Windows Partition using such programmes as Parallels or VMware Fusion, but it would probably not perform as well.
