    • Any help will be appreciated as I am in the middle of a project. I have tried uninstalling and installing. I have tried starting with admin too.

    • I am deeply frustrated with my situation.
      I tried starting MUVIZU and got a message that there was an update which I clicked okay. After taking what seemed like forever to load and install, now MUVIZU will not start. It keeps crashing on startup.

      • Download the latest version from here: http://anizu.uk/downloads
        Then once you have that installed, find the "Licence" folder where you have your current version of Muvizu and copy it to the same place in the newly installed one.

      • Thanks Mogul. I downloaded the new one and installed but I could not find the old licence file. THe main issue is that the software does not even start in the first place. Once I double clikc it waits a little while and then a black screen

      • Sorry its either a black or white screen and a small dialogue box that says it crashed due to a problem. It never tells you what and it does not give an error code.

        Muvizu is really very promising and powerful but these are basic issues which the makers should have taken care of. It is really unfortunate.
