I am installing this programme for the first time and it looks great.

but when I try to load

I get the message...

Unable to load muvizu.dll the application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect.

I have tried re-installing but no luck

checks if the file muvizu.dll is in the folder
C: \ Program Files \ Muvizu Play \ Binaries64
look at this picture:

but you have downloaded the version of Muvizu ... 32 bit or 64 bit?

1) Your version isn't up to date, because this crash happened with the older version, so check if you have the lastest version of Muvizu

2) You didn't install the right version of Muvizu : check if your PC is a 32 or a 64 bits, and check if it is the same with your software.

Posts: 396 		The common cause for this error is that the "Visual C++ Runtime" hasn't been correctly installed.

When you installed Muvizu, did you untick it on the "Additional Components" page?

Posts: 2 		I downloaded the 32 bit verson and I looked and the Muvizu.dll is missing from the binaries folder. I think I might try a reinstall, yeah I checked all the update boxes fro C++ etc.
