Hi Jonbez,

I had a look into this and it would appear to be a problem at the youtube end. We've had a few videos that havn't show up recently, the reason is that when youtube flags a video as using a copyrighted music track they automatically turn off the Syndication option. Check your youtube account there should be a notice saying that your using copyrighted material and chances are if you go to edit the Agent Snuff video the synication option will be set to "No" - seems youtube will reset this to No every 24 hours, the same happened for one of my videos

and one of Muvizu Monkeys (possibly, but I may be wrong there)

If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll look into whats happening further,

Cheers,
Jamie.

Thanks jamie looks like your right. I used music from rambo and it picked up the fingerprint of the wav and set syndication to no . I managed to solve the problem by giving the audio a heavyer mix. Its pending now on muvizu so all looks good. Thanks again for the help.

Yes hello folks- firstly, great progress on the program, I am liking the way it slowly organically develops, and how responsive and helpful the team at Muvizu are. Very much appreciated.
Enjoyed making my new vid (at last!), but am having a few problems uploading. Went through the Muvizu assets upload portal a week ago to you tube with first attempt (avi file, PAL, cinepac radius codec) but it entirely failed to appear anywhere. I took the chance to re-render, (1280x720, xvid mpeg4) and uploaded again last night- message came up on your site saying successfully uploaded (as it did the previous time) but again a mystery disappearance into the ether.
Any ideas?
Cheers

Hi Rob, sorry you are having trouble.

If you could please answer a couple of questions we can hopefully get to the bottom of it:

What is your YouTube username?
Do you know what time you uploaded your video?

Take care,
-Jim.

User name is TheRabwelsh, and it was uploaded I think between 11.30 and midnight last night.
It's the 'Fall of Rome part1'
Thanks for the speedy response!

Hi again Rob,

Sorry about the delay - there were no error logs in our system so we had to dig a little deeper; it looks like the "Upload Complete" message is shown even if the upload is interrupted.

I tried uploading a test video and disabling my internet connection midway through: I still got the "Upload Complete" message - I would recommend trying again and if you use a Wi-Fi connection you might want to try connecting your PC to the router with an Ethernet cable so that you can have the best connection possible.

I have reported the problem with the upload page to our Web Gurus and hopefully they will be able to get to the bottom of it.

Take care,
-Jim.
