The team have been busy working hard on the latest addition to the Muvizu store.

A 360 video function !

This awesome new feature allows you to switch between the standard and 360 omnidirectional camera. Create MP4 video output plus 360 degree rendering preview.

Available now in the Muvizu store!

Thanks for the mp4 output, hopefully we can point people to that now instead of the rather complicated image sequences.

I might have to try this 360 degree function.

any chance of getting a demo video so we can see exactly what the feature delivers? and how we might use it?

(I'll echo what MrDrWho said about the MP4 output!
is that in the new version whether we buy the 360 degree rotation or not?)

Hi Pat

Here is an example using the cabin in the woods set.

Best to view it at YouTube as it will give 360 view controls, or on your phone via YouTube which will allow you to change the view by moving your phone.

Yes MP4 output is included in the new build without having to buy the 360 degree function.

MP4 will save you a ton of storage. I re-rendered a 1.6GB uncompressed AVI down to a 3.4MB MP4!

A neat effect but I was expecting the camera to rotate around something.

MP4 is great for the final Youtube (etc) upload, but a loss-less AVI format like lagareth is better for bringing into other programs, like video editors. I stopped bothering with time consuming image sequences after discovering I could get the same results with the aforementioned AVI.
