Muvizu Never creates any icons when i install it i am useing a Vista laptop, and i am NOT a Admin, so can useing vista or laptop make it not work?

Muvizu Never creates any icons when i install it i tryed it and Muvixu crashes on startup, i checkex out the FAQ and everything and it just says "muvizu has stoped working..." and i don't know what to do, please help!
