Wrong picture? The picture (thumbnail) is coming from YouTube. It is one of three possible thumbs that YouTube makes available with each video. You will need to go to your YouTube account and edit the info on the video. There it will let you choose a different (and hopefully better) thumbnail.

Nope, you don't need to do anything, they should filter back in to the site within the hour

Thanks! My good ol' Nick Danger episodes are back, but there are others that aren't.

Deteriorata -

Batdork Reloaded -

Test: King of the Hill -

Dancin' On The White House Lawn -

And most importantly...

One Small Step -

Please advise me if you can't return these titles, so I can start re-uploading.

Thanks again...

Hi bigwally,

If your videos were originally uploaded through Muvizu to your other YouTube account then it's easy to get them back on this website. Click on then and then beside where it says 'YouTube account' you can remove your current YouTube account and then associate with the one that you want.

Hope this is what you're asking bigwally. Let me know if not.

Cheers,
Ian

Thanks! I got it straightened now. But my uploaded videos (from before) are not showing on Muvizu. Do I need to re-upload them?

Hey Wally,

Sorry to hear that you are having problems linking your accounts together.

Please check if the YouTube account linked to your Muvizu account is the right one. If it is, simply upload your videos again.

I created a new YouTube account myself to upload two tutorials and it worked fine.

Please keep us posted.

Cheers,
Marco

That's what I need to know. There is no info on how to fix this on Muvizu or on Youtube (or anywhere else on the Internet). I need one of your tech people to look into this. It was connected to BigWally Films, now it's connected to JumpinJackProduction (SIC).

I really don't wish to re-upload my videos and I really don't want them on the page I'm connected too. At this point, my only solution is to delete myself from Muvizu, start a new YouTube account and then sign up again with Muvizu. I really don't want to have to do this. Not when it could be as simple as a tech doing something with the web site software.

My Muvizu account is associated with wrong Youtube ...account. Now my videos are no longer listed with Muvizu. How do I fix this? I did a test upload and the video appeared on the wrong Youtube account (my other one).

Not just British, but there's also there's the Kids In the Hall from Canada and the Firesign Theatre from the U.S. (of course, all due to the popularity of Monty Python in the USA).

Hi everyone! My entry for the competition was turned down, but my expectations weren't high. What I want to know is did ANY Muvizu creation make the cut?

Certainly none of mine did! There will be a video about this sometime soon!

I've been lucky enough with this one..

It's now after Oct. 16th, the date you've announced as the day you will begin to post finalists. Has this been delayed?

It will stick to your face.

I am almost finished with a music video and have run across a message/lyric that has had me flummoxed. I cannot think of any image or whatever to illustrate this rather nonsensical lyric. Any input or imagery that you can think of would be appreciated. I am stumped.

They have changed the procedure a bit. This is the help page from You tube:
Download your own uploaded videos to MP4
  • Sign into your account.
  • Click on your username in the top right hand corner of your screen and select http://www.youtube.com/my_videos from the expanded menu.
  • Find the video you'd like to download and click the triangle button next to Edit and Insight. Once you've clicked on the triangle, select Download MP4 from the drop down menu.
  • Hope that helps!

Unfortunately, if the copyright has been challenged, they will not allow you to download them.

Nick Danger episodes removed from Muvizu Yesterday, the videos were not allowed to be embedded, today, it's as if it never happened (http://wn.com/nick_danger ). Either YouTube made a mistake or are now fighting off the rath of thousands of unhappy users. In either case, they are "embed-able" now.

Question: How do I go about re-instating them? I would re-upload, but I no longer have them (hard drive crash).

Nick Danger episodes removed from Muvizu I see it now, wasn't there a moment ago. Also noticed a huge number of Muvizu videos made by other users are gone.

If it's banned in Germany, it's banned on Muvizu.com. Rather totalitarian if you ask me.

So now my next two projects will be banned here, as well. Kind of puts me off of the entire Muvizu concept entirely. Don't expect much from me from now on. Muvizu has become a dead-end.

Nick Danger episodes removed from Muvizu What happened? All three parts are no longer listed on Muvizu, but are still there on YouTube, unrestricted. No e-mail or message was sent to me explaining why.

Bah. The second you start worrying about what people will think, or changing your idea for fear of someone's reaction, or writing for an audience you may as well throw your project into the trash can. Write what you want and the audience will come. Try to write to build an audience and the piece will come across as trying to hard.

Just as an indication, then, how many people are happy with the project as it is currently?

I like the first bit written. The treatment that went over the general storyline just kind of confused me.

I also did a quick search and found a live action short and a T-Shirt with the phrase on it. Nothing that should stop anyone from doing their own idea.
