It's not as easy as "just select 3D method", but I do not worry.

I suppose that the high resolution is not possible...

Please, do not limit the resolution of the output.
Some of us have 1080p screen, some have 4/3 screen, some 16/9 screen, some 16/10 screen, some will have 4k screen.
There are only a few ways to make videos for free with ease.

Please had a stereoscopic video output, for the same reason.
