Hi fullmetall,

I would use the 720p setting. Muvizu can handle it pretty well and I don't expect any crashes by using these settings.

Please give it a try and provide us some feedback.

Good luck for your project.

Cheers,
Marco

Hello!

When importing video into Muvizu for use on background objects I tend to find that using Xvid encoded videos will give pretty good results. There's a lot of compression and resizing that goes on in Muvizu when you bring a video into the application. When we produce the Week in Review videos we tend to greenscreen the videos in later (that is, set the colour of the display in the set to a very bright colour and then use another external application to overlay the video).

Hope that helps.

hello folks!

The best codec for me has been motion jpeg, when it comes to displaying video on the television object.

Xvid was far too glitchy

thank you everyone. Immediate in and give you bad ideas, in Celestia, you have the fleet of Star War in adon 3D model, and a large database .....
But perhaps you already know ...

Although the first test worked successfully import a file, I will put more cameras and I'll let you know ... @ +

Hi Fullmetall,

The program will automatically use as much memory as it can. If you are running in 32-bit mode, then it will use up to 2Gb of memory. This is a limitation of the memory space available to a 32-bit processor, and we unfortunately cannot do anything about this.

If you have a 64-bit processor, then it will just use as much memory as you have.

Hope that helps.

ok,
then I must be very bad, or there is something that I did not understand. When building my project, everything goes well, but when I try to make camera movement (rec), I dropped frames and objects become incotrollables, the reaction time between the XY is either too fast or too slow, I lost in the sky, I'm going through too quickly or textures. And eventually crash the program. I'll check if my graphics drivers are a day.
I sincerely think it's me who handles poorly the program but I do not see my mistake.
thank you for the help

Hey fullmetal,

Try pressing F12 to enter Unlit mode and then direct the scene.

Before making the video, press F12 to turn the lighting mode back to default (Lit mode). This way you will be able to control the actors better and still have the normal lighting on the final video.

I hope this helps.

Cheers,
Marco
