FAQs

How much does Muvizu cost?

Muvizu:Play+ can be yours for a one off payment of $69.99. Muvizu:Play is a free trial version which has some functional limitations and a watermark visible on renders.

How do I buy Muvizu?

From the website you can click on the Buy button at the top of each page. This will take you through the quick and easy purchase procedure. If you already have the free trial installed and running you can simply click on the Buy button on the reminder pop-ups or use the upgrade option under the file menu.

Can I remove the watermark in some other way?

No, if you are still using the free trial you cannot remove, hide or obscure the watermark.

What exactly am I buying when I purchase Muvizu?

By buying Muvizu you remove the functional restrictions of the free trial. You gain access to a wider range of characters and objects and can render out in HD without a watermark. There will also be frequent upgrades which paid users will be able to access.

How secure is the payment process?

Very secure. The entire transaction is handled by SagePay and we never see or store your Paypal, credit or debit card details. The transaction takes place over a secure internet connection.

You may be familiar with the padlock and “https” protocols when you buy goods online. We’re using exactly the same protocols to protect your transactions.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by any of these means: Visa credit card, Visa debit card, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or PayPal.

Do you store my credit card details?

No. All credit card transactions are processed by Sage Pay. We do not have access to the details of your credit card or bank account.

Moreover, Muvizu or Meshmellow will never ask for your bank account details. If you receive such a request please let us know via snow.tu@meshmellow.cn.

The small print

When you download and install Muvizu:Play you are required to accept an End User Licence Agreement (EULA) which concisely outlines the dos and don’ts of the commercial exploitation of footage from Muvizu:Play. But in the interests of plain language, here’s a summary of the rules:

Muvizu:Play is a free trial of our software. Muvizu:Play renders animations with a watermark in the bottom left of the image and is limited to SD output. This watermarked footage may be used for educational, non-commercial and personal projects.

Muvizu:Play+ is the paid for version of our software and has additional features and capabilities that are missing in the free software. There is no watermark with Muvizu:Play+ and it can output in HD resolution. Muvizu:Play+ has no commercial restrictions so you are free to use your content in any way you see fit.

The only valid means to remove the watermark is by purchasing Muvizu:Play+. Obscuring, cropping, blurring or otherwise removing the watermark is not allowed.
