Hello,
When I try to change the actions on some of my characters, I keep getting this "Fatal Error" message window. When I click on it, Muvizu then shuts down. What is going on? This is highly frustrating since I am using Muvizu for my job and I need it to work efficiently.

Have you logged a Support Call?
Actually does anyone know if these are being answered any more?

They are being answered. Why would you say otherwise?

I didn't say they were not being answered, I was interested to know if they still were, given the dearth of community interaction and concrete news from Muvizu these days.

I have not logged a support ticket yet. But if the problem persists I will be.

Hey Judy, are there any specific actions you take that cause the program to crash or does it happen randomly. It could be a hardware issue, have you checked our minimum spec? http://www.muvizu.com/System-requirements

P.S I am answering support tickets most days.

It was only crashing when I tried to put the "Idle" action (I believe that was it) on the girl character. However, it hasn't crashed at all today, so it could have just been a glitch. My computer does meet the specifications. Thank you!
