I thought I'd post this vid here until it gets registered into the Muvizu system. I'm thinking of possibly making a series of this band trying to make it big. Enjoy...

Really nice video - although there is noone singing the backing vocals! ;O) - look forward to the continuing adventures...how about the next video being a "practise" in a garage!

I can't believe I left out the background vocals! I got so wrapped up with getting the other animations and lights correct that it just slipped my mind. I'll have to fix that. Thank you for bringing that to my attention.
I used to be in a lot of "garage bands" in my day, (bass player) that's what inspired me to do a series about a small band trying to hit it big.
I'm happy that you guys like what I have done thus far, your comments are greatly appreciated.

Brilliant work mysto - did you use additional software to get the timings right?
All that's missing is the combined smell of leather/pvc/sweat/beer etc.
Is it too late to ask for smell-o-vision to be included in the next release?

Mysto! I totally forgot I was watching a Muvizu clip it was that good - you know, when you take the lighting, animations, camera cuts for granted - to me a sign of a brilliant clip. Really amazing stuff! More please

Thank you for the kind remarks everyone, I'm glad you enjoy my creations. I was kind of re-living the "old days" with this video. Back in the 80's I used to be in a band and we actually played this song in bars and clubs. Back then our light show sucked, this time I got to do it MY way. LOL

Toonarama, the clip is all Muvizu. I used other software for the titles and credits but the actions, movements and timing was done entirely in Muvizu. You can do a LOT with just the built in actions if combined together creatively.

At first I wasn't sure if I was going to make this into an ongoing series or not but judging by the response I may have to come up with a few more videos. Again, thanks for all of the kind remarks everyone, they are greatly appreciated.

Thanks to Quoling's keen eye for detail I have redone the video so that you can now see not only the lead singer wailing away but the other band members singing backup vocals as well. I think it adds to the video nicely.

Here's the link to the updated video:

Thanks again Quoling!

This is impressive, and I wanted to take the corporate opportunity to highlight what is involved here: Muvizu stuff may be reworked far more easily than traditional animation.

Crap. Sorry - but I can't help leaping on any opportunity to plug the loveliness of our app.

Vince - I absolutely agree with that - there is very little that cannot be changed easily at any point. Incredible really that Mysto could make such a fundamental change so quickly.
Perhaps this very useful aspect of the software needs to be made more "visible" somehow - a tutorial perhaps showing how easily things can be amended
thanks

No problem! - look forward to the rest! - btw could I ask a favour? - would you be able to upload the set you used for your fantastic Quo video? - I know it was only simple but I would really like to have a look at how you did it - tried myself and failed! - it's a good overall stage and would be great to do other "bands"... Robin left the hero game. He's a plasterer in Bellshill now.

Just realised that I Have yet to comment on the mysto musical
Wonderful!
Great lighting, timing and choice of animations!
I bet you wish you could have animated the crowd as a group though!
Well done
